CUTTING
In Zinbend, we cut three materials:
Stainless Steel, Aluminium, and Carbon Steel.
Our cutting machines are specialized in different diameters.
Here, in the cutting process, is where the client’s customization of the tube length and bevel angle begins.
END TUBE FORMING
There are different tube forming options. Such options include diameter insertion, distance between the bead, expansion and reduction of the tube.
The customization possibilities include bead diameters, with up to a 25% width. The diameter can be expanded with up to 6 shaping processes.
BENDING
When bending, we secure the tube’s final position by means of the assemblies.
We have a range of diameters from 1/4" to 35 mm; likewise, we can make up to 21 bends per tube.
We use CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) to guarantee the position of the tubes by "checking fixtures".
